Dr. Pranav Sharda is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Engineering Science at the University of Oxford, United Kingdom. His research focuses on optical wireless communications, visible light communications (VLC), free-space optical (FSO) systems, vehicular communication networks, and next-generation intelligent transportation systems. He has made significant contributions to the advancement of wireless communication technologies through high-impact research published in leading IEEE journals.


With a strong academic foundation from IIT Delhi and extensive experience in research, teaching, mentoring, and international collaborations, Dr. Sharda actively contributes to the global research community as an IEEE member, reviewer, and Fellow of the Optical Society of India. His expertise spans communication system modeling, next-generation connectivity, and innovative wireless technologies, making him a valuable mentor, researcher, and academic collaborator.
