- Registration & contact data: name, email, phone, institution/organisation, designation, and any message or details you submit through our forms.
- Transaction data: for paid programs/events, billing details and GST information needed to process payment and issue a tax invoice (payment card details are handled by our payment gateway, not stored by us).
- Usage data: standard analytics (pages visited, device/browser) collected to improve the website.
2. How we use your information
- To process your registration, enrolment, and payment, and to issue certificates and invoices.
- To communicate with you about events, programs, and your queries.
- To send you relevant updates where you have consented.
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We collect marketing consent explicitly through our forms. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; this will not affect communications necessary to deliver a service you have registered for.
