Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ignited Minds Academy website and the academic programs, certifications, and Knowledge Series events offered by Ignited Minds Edutech Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "the Academy"). By registering for a program or event, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide academic advancement programs (AAP Programs), faculty development programs, certifications, and Knowledge Series events (conferences, workshops, seminars, webinars, and expert talks), some of which are free and some of which are paid.

2. Registration & eligibility

You agree to provide accurate, complete information when registering. Certain programs may have eligibility criteria or require manager approval before enrolment is confirmed. We may decline or cancel a registration that does not meet the stated criteria.

3. Fees & payment

Paid programs and events display their fees before checkout. Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. Applicable taxes (including GST) are added as per Indian law, and a tax invoice is issued. See our Pricing and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Certificates

Where a program or event offers a certificate, it is issued subject to meeting the stated attendance and/or assessment criteria. Certificates can be independently verified via our certificate verification page.

5. Intellectual property

All course materials, recordings, and content provided through the Academy are the intellectual property of Ignited Minds Edutech Pvt. Ltd. or its partners and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission.

6. Code of conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any participant who is disruptive, abusive, or in breach of these Terms, without refund.

7. Changes & cancellations by the Academy

We may reschedule, modify, or cancel a program or event. If we cancel a paid event, you are entitled to a refund as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of our services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant program or event.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
