Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid programs and Knowledge Series events offered by Ignited Minds Edutech Pvt. Ltd. Free registrations carry no charge and can be cancelled at any time at no cost.
1. Cancellation by you
- More than 7 days before the start date: eligible for a full refund of the fee paid, less any non-recoverable payment-gateway charges.
- 3–7 days before the start date: eligible for a 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days before, or after the program/event has begun: generally non-refundable, as seats and resources are committed.
To request a cancellation, email contact@ime.academy with your order number and registered email.
2. Cancellation by the Academy
If we cancel or reschedule a paid event and you are unable to attend the new date, you are entitled to a full refund of the fee paid.
3. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through our payment gateway. For GST-applicable transactions, a credit note is issued against the original tax invoice in accordance with GST rules. Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Non-refundable items
Certificate-issuance fees, completed sessions, and any downloadable materials already accessed are non-refundable.
5. Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 7 days of the transaction and we will investigate and respond promptly.
This policy is provided for transparency and is subject to the specific terms shown at the time of registration. Where a program lists its own refund terms, those take precedence.
